How can I join an event?

Joining an event on the PINE platform as an Attendee is super simple!

Once you are added to the event you will receive an invitation email from PINE [email protected] with the subject "Welcome to EVENT TITLE". Click on "Get access" and you will be redirected to the PINE platform.

In this step, you need to create a password for your account. Please do not share your login and password with third parties.

After the password is created you will be offered to edit the settings of your account

There are several languages available at the moment, please choose the most convenient for you.

You will be also offered to choose a timezone. In case you are in a different time zone with the event, you will see the time information is converted according to your time preferences.

Additionally, if your time zone is different from the time zone of the event, you will be prompted to "Apply event timezone". Popup with this feature will appear in the upper right corner. By clicking on "Apply", you will be automatically redirected to the Preferences tab, where the time zone of the event can be changed. This way you won't miss any event activities.

The PINE App will also offer this feature by a corresponding popup message.

The next step is to upload your profile photo. We highly suggest not skipping this step.

Now your registration is completed and you have access to the virtual event.
