What materials can I share during my speech?

While giving a speech on the PINE platform speakers can share the information with viewers in two possible ways:

  1. Sharing a PDF presentation. Speakers can upload up to 3 presentations in a PDF format in the Speaker Hub. These presentations can be shared on the stage and demonstrated to the attendees via the screen-sharing option.

Please check our guide on how to share the uploaded presentation.

  2. Sharing the screen itself. Speakers can turn on screen sharing on the stage and demonstrate images, presentations, and everything that is displayed on their screen.

Please note that if you want to show a video through sharing your screen, there will be only a video signal with no sound.

In case the speaker needs to share a video with the sound, it can be done using software for streaming (OBS, Streamyard, Vmix, etc.). You will need to switch from the Browser streaming option to RTMP, there you can get the URL and Key for your RTMP stream. You can check here how to share your screen during a live stream.
