Incorrect email

This is a very common reason why you may not be able to see the event. Please check the email you entered the platform with very carefully. Make sure it matches the one you used when registering for the event or purchasing tickets.

A typo in the email

Please make sure there is no typo in the email you’ve entered while purchasing an event ticket. It's worth checking whether you used the same email while purchasing as well.

Note: In case of such an issue appeared, we highly recommend you reaching out to the organizer of the event to clarify and solve the situation.

The event has not been published yet

It may happen that you have entered the platform, and the event has not been published yet. In this case, please contact the organizer of the event for clarification and details.

Event code

Perhaps, you need to enter the code to be able to see the event. In this case, we recommend you checking whether the organizer shared the Event code.
