Attendees are invited to the PINE platform only after the event is published and they are added to the attendees’ list by the organizer.

Participants receive an automatic invitation email from PINE [email protected] with the subject "Welcome to EVENT TITLE".

Please note that this invitation email is sent once the event is published. If your event is in draft mode, your attendees will not receive an invitation email.

Moreover, attendees can enter the event via event code which is distributed by the organizer. You can read more information about event codes here.
