In cases where tickets for multiple attendees are purchased under one email, the first attendee who activates the account should send invitations to the other participants with tickets. Otherwise, their profiles will remain in Pending status, preventing them from accessing the event.

To proceed, click on your profile picture and go to the Event Settings section. Fill out the form with the first and last names, as well as the email of the additional attendees. This will grant them access to the event and their own profiles.

We consider it important to clarify that ticketing systems can change the logic of integration from their side. If your ticketing policy allows a change or upgrade of the ticket, you should pay attention to this process and check if the integration result suits you in this case.
