We are focused on making the networking process easier and productive for everyone. That is why we designed tags that will help your attendees find the right person or company.

Tags can be applied to attendees and companies as well, so they could better describe themselves at the event.

Attendees tags

You can add attendee tags in the Setup section -> Attendee profile. There you can choose whether your attendees can become incognito at your event, will system automatically approve each attendee, and add the tags.

You can also set three types of tags: "I am", "I can offer" and "I'm looking for". "I am" tag is about attendees' personalities and professions. For example, I am a marketing specialist.

"I can offer" is about the skills of attendees. For example, I can offer video production.

"I'm looking for" is about their interests and new opportunities. For example, I am looking for new talents.

To add tags or edit them, please click on "Manage Tags" in the necessary section.

You can also change the titles of each tag and decide if your attendees can add their own tags.

Please note that you can use any symbols to name the tag but it is highly important to have a letter or number at the beginning.

In case you use the integration for adding attendees to the platform (i.e. custom integration or ticketing), you can add tags on the registration step. So, all the tags will be then submitted to the PINE platform with the rest information about your attendees.

Then, you can easily filter attendees by their tags in the Attendee App.

Company Tags

To add a new tag for companies, you need to open Company Profile in the Setup section.

There you can set up the tags as you can do it in the Attendees section.

You can select tags for companies yourself in their settings or it also can be done by company admins.
