Event Chat is a networking feature that gives a possibility to easily communicate during the event. When using chat rooms attendees can share their thoughts, wishes, and questions.


Follow these steps to create a Chat Room.

  1. First of all, open the Event Chat tab and click on the Add chat room button.

  2. At this point, you can customize it as you want, i.e change the icon and its color, name the room, add a description, etc.

    There are three types of Chat Rooms - public (for everyone), for groups, and for individual ones. So, in the "Visible to" section, you can choose who will have access to the specific Chat Room.

  3. That’s it! Now you can use it.

You have an opportunity to create as many different chat rooms as you want, also you can change their order as well.

Edit or Delete

To edit or delete a Chat Room, you should click on three dots in front of a needed one and choose the option.

You can customize the Event Chat menu item in the Event Menu (i.e. change icon and its color, name the tab, etc).
