Attendees can be added to PINE in different ways, and it mainly depends on the way you register your attendees.
If you sell tickets through the ticketing system or use your own landing page
PINE has integrations with the most popular ticketing systems - Eventbrite, Ticket for Event, Tito, Universe, so you can connect this system and PINE easily in the Ticketing tab.
If you have your own registration form, you can utilize our custom integration located in the ticketing section as well. Please refer to the instructions provided for each integration type.
Please do not interrupt the integration process until it is successfully completed.

Import a file with attendees
You can import all your attendees using a csv/xlsx file in the Attendees section. It is better to download the template, so everything is filled in correctly.
Choose Import data, download template, and fill it in. Please do not delete or rename columns. You can find a detailed guide on importing data here.
It is important to follow all the instructions as the correct display of your attendees depends on it.
Add attendees manually
You can add an attendee manually in the Attendees section.
You need to fill in the required fields - First name, Last name, e-mail address, and group (if you have different groups of attendees).
Please note that once an attendee activates his profile, you won’t be able to change anything in their settings.
Invite attendees with an Event Code
You can easily generate a Code for your Event and share it with attendees you want to invite. Also, you can find all the information on how to do it here.
After entering the code in a special field, they will be added to your event. Moreover, you can send this article to your attendees as well, so they know how to use it correctly.
Please pay attention to the fact that attendees that enter your event via event code will activate their profiles immediately, so they will be considered as active attendees, so you will be charged for them.
