Organizers can distinguish the presence of attendees on the PINE platform before and during the event. PINE platform has 4 different statuses which you can find in the Attendees tab in the “Status” column.
Please find all the statuses below.
On hold
The “On hold” status means that an attendee was added to the list on the platform but the invitation has not yet been sent, as the event has not yet been published.
Invited
The status “Invited” indicates that the system has already sent an invitation to a particular person but this attendee has not joined the event by clicking on the appropriate button in the invitation email.
Please note that in this case, you can resend an invitation to each person manually. To do that, please click on three dots in front of the invited attendee and choose the variant “Resend invitation”.
Active
The “Active” status means that an attendee who was invited to your event has already activated the profile via the invitation link or via the event code.
Inactive
This status means that an attendee who received an invitation has not joined the event yet.
Please pay attention to the fact that attendees are considered to be registered at your event only if they have active and inactive statuses.y These attendees will be counted as registrations, so you will be charged for them.
Unapproved
The “Unapproved” status denotes that you have disabled the Auto Approve function, so you should approve everyone manually after they were added to the Attendees list. Please have a look at this article to find out how to do it.

Pending
The status “Pending” signifies that there are several tickets registered on the same email. Please check in our article what should be done in this case.
