Who are active attendees?
Active attendees are those participants who activate their profiles and actively participate at your event by using our PINE app.
The cost is 3$ per active attendee per event.
What’s the difference between active attendees and registrations?
Registrations refer to the total number of all active & inactive participants at your event. There is no limit on the number of uploaded registrations to the platform - only active attendees are charged.
How do I know how many Active Attendees are at the event?
You can see the number of active attendees at the Overview page or simply filter participants by active status in the Attendees list in the Content section.
